In case you don’t have access to your Gmail account, you may still be able to recover the Gmail account by using manually verifying your identity. The first thing you want to do is go to the Google Account Recovery page. When there, enter your email address and click on “Continue”. Click “I don’t know” option for the password and select the “Verify your identity” option, which is clearly a small link under all different available options. Answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge and if you are able to provide the information that is correct enough you’ll get a successful Google account recovery or reset the password.
