It offers nonprofit Health and Fitness plans, and provides preventive care, well-baby and prenatal care, immunizations, emergency care, screening diagnostics, hospital and medical, and pharmacy services. It offers its services in California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Ohio, Oregon, Washington, and the District of Columbia.
