It is a self-directed, Medicaid home care program available to eligible consumers who are in need of home care services and are capable of directing their own care. HouseCalls Home Care is a fiscal Intermediary (FI), a company that has a contract with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), we encourage our consumers to register two (2) Personal Assistants to avoid interruption in care in case of emergencies.
