Teach shamanic practices After completing a year long shamanic training, I struggled to keep up a regular spiritual practice. Like many people, I searched for answers outside myself. I took courses, went to spiritual professionals, read books. I wanted to be able to access answers from my own higher self or spirit guides, but I doubted myself. Finally, I stopped seeking answers and validation and started a regular daily spiritual practice, learned to listen to my guides, and implemented powerful shamanic techniques to enrich my life.
