Located in Milwaukie, OR, on the outskirts of the city of Portland, Oregon Trail Recovery is an Intensive Outpatient program that provides transitional living services from one to three months, with private pay options up for nine months. Our staff utilize evidenced based treatment approaches to meet our clients’ needs, and to inspire them to change. Clients enter at the Partial Hospitalization level of care, attending group ten times a week, meeting with their primary counselor once a week, and are driven to 12-step meetings consistently throughout the week.
